Our servers are considered to be up and running if they are reachable by various third party surveillance services, including SiteUpTime. Please note that this guarantee does not include any planned and announced service interruptions (system upgrades and/or maintenance), or any downtime not directly linked to the services we offer (internet routing problem, downtime with your ISP, etc). If the availability of your website falls below 99.9% for any given month, your account will be credited the following compensation upon contacting us.

We guarantee fast and effective technical support. Our support staff will answer, within 48 hours of reception, any questions or tickets submitted through:

  1. the online support form,
  2. the support form available in your cPanel ; or
  3. a direct email sent to our support address

On top of that, we also take it upon ourselves to find an adequate solution to whichever problem you might encounter within a maximum of 48 hours following the reception of your support ticket. This delay might be slightly longer on weekends and during holidays.
