Failure to provide correct information can result in your domain registration being refused without refund. Personal information can be hidden with the ID-PROTECT privacy service at additional cost.
Registrations of .ca domain names are subject to additional conditions, as specified by CIRA. In most cases, it is required that the person registering the domain name be a Canadian citizen or resident. For a more complete description of the conditions, please visit the CIRA website at www.cira.ca. Those not meeting the requirements Canadian domain registrations are often subject to additional delays which are necessary in order for your information to be verified. Domain registrations that do not meet CIRA's requirements will be refused without refund.

The client is responsible for making regular backups of the content stored on Web Hosting Canada servers. Web Hosting Canada will perform regular scheduled backups as is the norm in the industry, but cannot vouch with 100% certainty of the integrity of these backups. Hosting on our servers can only be used for legal purposes, and must abide by both Canada's and the United States' laws and regulations pertaining to acceptable content. Web Hosting Canada does everything in its power to ensure fast and stable service. All hosting accounts are backed up on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in order to minimize data loss in case of hardware failure. However, all products and services are provided as is, with possible lapses and with no explicit or implicit guarantees, particularly concerning specific results or performance metrics.
The host cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused in part or in whole by acts or omissions from their part, or by circumstances out of their control. Under no circumstance will the host be held responsible for any direct, consequent or other damages (including damages for loss of business, revenue, clientele or other financial shortcoming resulting from the use or failure to use products or services) caused by its products or services, whether they were foreseeable or not.
Any attempt to sabotage or degrade the performance of the server or any other client's website will result in the immediate termination of the account without prior notice or refund.
The host's servers may not be used to send unsolicited email (SPAM). The servers may not be the source, the intermediary, or the recipients of this type of activity. The client must never send any unsolicited mail mentioning an email address, domain, or IP hosted by Web Hosting Canada. Violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of the account without prior notice or refund.
If you are not 100% satisfied for the service obtained within 30 days of your purchase, Web Hosting Canada will refund you the entirety of your hosting costs. Domain name registration costs are non-refundable. In the event that a domain name was obtained free or at a discounted rate through a bundled hosting/domain purchase and a refund is issued for the hosting, the domain will subsequently be charged at the regular advertised price. The resulting amount will be withheld from the refunded amount.

Web Hosting Canada guarantees server uptime of 99.9%, calculated monthly. Our servers are considered up and running if they are accessible by public uptime verification servers such as Siteuptime. Any scheduled maintenance outage will not be taken into account when computing monthly uptime.
