Extended Telephone Support Hours and New Live Chat!

For the early-birds amongst you, we have now extended our telephone support service by one hour in the morning. Our technicians are now available from 8AM-6PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.

Improved Client Area and CPanel

Our latest updates to the WHC.CA Client Area include automated CPanel login links for web hosting customers, and automated WHM login links for resellers. This will save you the hassle of having to remember a second set of login information for your various hosting accounts and further reinforce the Client Area’s role as a central management tool.

We’ve also made minor cosmetic adjustments to the CPanel, by adding a handy announcement banner on the top-left, and further customizing the “Getting Started” pop-up help window.
